The Pandemic. Ha, they all called me crazy when I told them about it. Called me delusional, psycho, I needed help. Tch, how wrong they were.
Winter of ‘’09, my friends and I were in class, first day back since the pandemic started. Everything was half normal, we had to wear masks, and were checked hourly for any fevers. Funny thing about it? No one knew how it spread. You could be fine at 12:01 and have the deadly disease at 12:02. They took so many useless precautions. The masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfecting soap, cleaning and disinfecting everything hourly. Even the food wasn’t safe sometimes.
Walked out of class, everything was…weird. Students banging their heads on walls and dropping dead like flies in every corner. The bloody noses, the temperatures below 10 degrees F. Something was wrong, I felt it in every bone in my body, something…
Something was wrong.
I told all my friends, they all said I was going fucking insane, I wasn’t! They found that out soon enough when we were in my apartment, and everything went wrong.
That…that was a wild fucking night, man.
