Season 1 blurb: (Chapters 1-5)
It was only supposed to be a chilled night in with friends - until things got a bit weird… Set in the greatest city on earth, a group of twenty-something roommates/friends find their comedically-dramatic lives interrupted by an earth-shattering event. Fortunately no power in the universe could stop their extraordinary powers of snark, slapstick and romantic entanglement as they seek to cope with this strange new plot development.
Season 2 teaser: (from [Chapter 6] (http://storium.com/game/buddies/chapter-6/scene-1) onwards)
Life goes on for the Buddies, with new characters entering their lives, and new complications threatening the close bonds developed throughout the Event of Which We Do Not Speak. What else could possibly turn their sitcom-perfect drama-magnet relationships upside down more than what they’ve previously been through? In the distance, you think you can just about hear the god of hubris whispering… Challenge… accepted?
Season 3 teaser: (from [Chapter 12] (http://storium.com/game/buddies/chapter-12/scene-1) onwards)
Farrah’s return is joy mixed with tension. Her departure was abrupt and left her Buddies feeling lost - especially Rex. Lydia has been stretching her wings but will her new confidence last now that she is in her old surroundings and are old feelings starting to resurface? Old friends, new friends and the scent of change in the air. Don’t touch that dial - Season 3 is just starting!
Season 4 teaser: (from [Chapter 26] (http://storium.com/game/buddies/chapter-26/scene-1) onwards)
Broehain and Maryanne’s romance has blossomed, with Thessaly’s constant prodding, into what promises to be a steady relationship. Farrah’s departure again leaves a hole in the group, but a new Buddy helps fill the gap. Nathanial Kane is a struggling young artist trying to get his musical career launched and, as luck would have it, lives in the same building. It’s a new season of Buddies and it starts…Now!

Think New Girl/Happy Endings/How I Met Your Mother/Friends-type characters, potentially transported Shaun of the Dead-style into occasional fantastical situations, but always keeping things pretty sitcom-light. Expect brain-melting meta, merciless usage and abusage of TV Tropes, bizarre budget-stretching guest stars and cameos, but no offensive stereotypes or malicious intent.
