Carden Moss is a small village in the northern swamps of the Markham colony. The swamps are inhospitable, the village remote–nothing ever happens in Carden Moss, and that’s the way the villagers like it.
Recently, though, the dead started to return. No one knows what’s causing it, and Frances, the hedge witch, says that’s not supposed to be possible. Maybe she’s right, but “impossible” hasn’t stopped them.
Someone will need to find a way.
