Crown Princess Alexandra Wishart of the Magic Universe attends Enchanted High, she is the only princess at the school. The rest are either mages, knights, witches, or fairies. This leads to her increasing popularity among the fairies.
She meets a girl, who she soon learns is the Lost Princess of the Magic Universe. She experiences a moment of self-discovery and realizes she is not a princess, that she has a different purpose. Alexandra falls in love with the prince who used to be betrothed to her, the false princess. He falls in love with the real Princess, Lianna.
