At The Academy, students train to become Uen Caval until, if they are lucky, they are Chosen by a unicorn through a process called Kyma. Through this process each unicorn also manifests a particular magical talent, gifted to them by the Light.
This is a short story module to bring five student characters to Bonding and up to their first Training Mission.

Your character can be any type of student, any age between 12 and 25, and have been a the Academy for any number of years as long as they are Unbonded.
