One Imperial commander, Crix Madine, feels the Empire has gone too far. While on a mission to root out rebel sympathizers on Corellia, he prepares to defect. A new Rebel covert team, Ghost Squadron is being sent to facilitate his defection.
However the Emperor is suspicious, and has sent a deadly extension of his will, a Hand of the Emperor, to make sure Commander Madine stays in line.”
The tale begins one year after the destruction of Alderaan and the Death Star, on a rebel cruiser in the outer rim. Leia Organa has been seeking new recruits, new orphans of the Empire’s wrath, to bolster the forces of Ghost Squadron.
Commander Crix Madine, creator and leader of the elite Imperial military unit, the Storm Commandos, has been a bane to the young rebellion. Now, word has filtered in through the Bothan Spynet that he has taken his last order from the Empire, and is ready to defect to the Rebel Alliance. If so, he would be an incredibly valuable asset.
Ghost Squadron has been tasked with going to Corellia, where the Storm Commandos are taking part in pacification efforts, in an attempt to contact Commander Madine, evaluate his true intent, and if possible, facilitate his defection to the Alliance to Restore the Republic.

OOA/GOA is a series of Star Wars stories centering around a group that survived the destruction of Alderaan and have joined the Rebellion. The survivors of Alderaan have formed a new rebel squadron by the call sign “Ghost Squadron.” A name given in honor of the those orphaned by the loss of Alderaan and presumed dead.
This game is primarily a spy adventure, set amidst a backdrop of an Imperial vs. Rebel conflict around Corellia. It will (depending on player choices) feature espionage, ground battles, space battles, and probably a light sprinkling of the force.
