Set in a world where all the old gods (viking, Greek, Japanese, celtic etc) Co exist, you play as a survivor of the first great battle for earth.
You play as one such god, for millenia all have existed, fighting amongst themselves as humanity scurried around underfoot. Then a year ago to the day Yahweh attacked. No one knows where he came from but the self proclaimed one true god is here to wipe out each of the old gods, including you.
As a group you will travel the earth and face gods and monsters in a quest to regain the power you have lost and save the world from this alien god.
This is loosely inspired by how Christianity swept through the western world replacing much of the regional culture in different countries.
To begin with your God will be depowered and more akin to a Superhero or one of the x men, as the campaign progresses you will get the chance to reclaim that power and perhaps new ones (for example, you could play as Athena and acquire Thor’s hammer)
