This is post modern San Francisco. The future but dark and bleak. The last economic crash left the world in a bad way. Everyone’s trying to rebuild their lives. Everyone’s taking the law into their own hand, whatever it takes to survive.
Technology is everywhere, mostly taken for granted and some mostly lost. The drug of choice is a synthetic cocktail affectionately known as ‘e’. It’s bad and not all it’s affects are known. Some use it to forget, some to remember but most use it to escape.
You have somehow found one another. You instinctively know that you all need to stick together to survive this city. Although none of you have the experience, you’ve posted your services as private investigators all over town.
Now all you have to do is sit tight, and wait for the phone to ring. Oh and meanwhile, figure out what you want to call your company.
