The dust from Cipher’s second defeat has settled and Orre has once again been freed from the organization’s grasp. Ten years pass without incident, until a rumor is started.
Cipher has returned.
It can’t be true. Cipher was destroyed, twice, how could they possibly make a comeback? No wants to believe this rumor, but reportings of Pokémon theft flood the news. The old Cipher bases begin to stir once more, and their old factory is starting up again. There is no denying the fact the Cipher is back.
You find yourself getting enlisted by some of Cipher’s members, whether you willingly joined or not.
Perhaps you’ll raise through the ranks and become an Admin, or maybe you’re better suited as a Researcher. Maybe you support Cipher, or maybe you’re secretly here to bring this organization to it’s knees.
It is up to you how you want to play. Are you going to let Cipher take over Orre, or are you going to crush it out of existence? You know what they, Third time’s the charm.

Personally, as much as I love Pokémon, I really wish I could be on the Villain’s team. And since that probably won’t happen, I decided to make this game to clench my thirst for it.
Anyway, here are some of the basics for character creation:
You will start out as either a Peon or a Researcher.
I might have character, but they will not be a very active.
There will be another Admin who will be running your group.
You will be able to be promoted to Admin or Head Researcher position, but you will have to earn it.
You can be demoted if your character isn’t doing their job.
You will start with two Pokémon(be sure to include them on your profile).
Levels don’t really matter, but be reasonable(like don’t give your Peon/Researcher lv. 50 Pokémon)
No Legendries or pseudo-Legendries.
That’s it.
