The city has been transformed in the said war, turning from a hipster haven into a Mad-Maxian citadel. You kill or be killed in Portland. Vinyl records are now throwing stars. Scalding hot coffee is used as a mace of sorts. Books aren’t for reading. They’re for paper cuts.
