We lost 2 at startup so I am casually looking for ONE more. Please read the current bios before deciding on a character. If you do submit a character, you do not need to include a ward (we have plenty) but you may.
Who knew little supernaturals needed being kept care of? Just as unfortunate circumstances and trauma can leave children parentless and untethered, so too can this happen to young children of witches and warlocks, werewolves, fae, and… well, perhaps not vampires. They’d probably just eat them.
But who cares for these little innocent lives? Why you, of course! Either by trusted assignment or punishing decree, someone higher than you has requested/ordered you to join the newest guardianship in the supernatural community. In the high, brisk mountains of Denver, Colorado, you will serve as both counselor and protector to these children, as well as manage the orphanage’s finances and affairs.
Oh, and probably save the city a time or two.
And your own lives? I’m sorry, but all relationships, dreams, aspirational goals, etc will need to be shuffled somewhere between all the paperwork. The children and the orphanage are now your first and only priority. Maybe there is a chance of redemption (or freedom) if you do your job well.
Oh, and did I tell you? There may be bad, terrible things drawn to these children as well.
