There was a kingdom.
There was a queen.
There was a king.
But there was no heir.
The kingdom of Brugonia was a prosperous kingdom. There was a magnificent king who ruled flawlessly as well as a beautiful queen who ruled at his side. But there was one problem. The queen could bear no son, and it was a shame in Brugonia to have more than one queen.
And so, the king and queen and their advisors had to find out a way to adopt a heir. The king was getting older and older and he knew that it was time he stepped down from the throne.
The final idea was this. They would host a competition of sorts, open for men and women alike. Etiquette would be required of course, but so would fighting skills.
Letters were sent to royalty from all surrounding kingdoms. Exactly 7 letters were returned, all asking to participate in this race.
This is set in an entirely different world. It’s a magical world, so feel free to have your characters be of the magic kind.
This game will be similar to a mashup of the Hunger Games and The Selection
