Chi si volta, e chi si gira, sempre a casa va finire.
“No matter where you go or turn, you will always end up at home.”
Some people choose the life, but for the most part, it’s just part of the way it is. Family. Home. Secrets. Loyalty.
It all ties together in to something that is unbreakable. You can run, you can hide, but you can never change your blood.
The Bentivoglio family have been one of the major crime families of Buffalo, New York since the early twentieth century. The family came over from Naples and quickly established themselves. They had been operating under the leadership of the Buccho family, now led by Delfio “Little Del” Buccho (also called The Bull).
Modern life has changed things. People are different, they want different things, and the families have been forced to change along with them (at least in some ways). Their ancestors never had to be careful about mobile phones, recording devices, or worry about RICO. But the life goes on, and most of the Bentivoglios can’t imagine life any other way.
This is intended to be a social focused game, with the stress on the characters interactions and relationships.
There will be elements of “the life” within this, as far as characters dealing with problems or interacting with others, but the plot is not intending to focus on that. Obviously it will vary greatly depending on what sort of characters I get!
Everyone preferably should play a character that is related (either by blood or marriage) to Remi Bentivoglio, who is the Capo of the family. Male and female characters are welcome, but there are definite restriction to gender roles.
I don’t like to make a lot of Nature cards for people to choose from, as you are all inventive and creative when it comes to these, so I have only made one. (Yes, lazy)
Please have a look at the doc that I have linked, for extra info.
Obviously, there are limits to my ability to make this LGBT* friendly, as far as the character’s attitudes go, but regardless, my attitude remains unchanged and characters can have secrets! :D
