To Whom It May Concern,
Your child has been accepted for the upcoming cohort for the School of the Elementally Strifed. Here they will receive an education in how to best control their abilities in preparation for their adult lives as well as receive a high-quality education. This is what this school has been doing for years, but starting from this year, a new component will be added to the curriculum:
Elemental Imbalance Stabilisation.
This program is government-sanctioned, and so, is compulsory. If you have issues with your child attending this class, you will have to retract your enrolment.
For the supplies you must buy, we only require you purchase the uniforms (order form attached at the bottom) and normal stationary. All textbooks and practical materials are supplied by the school. However, if your child has a hobby, we highly encourage co-curricular involvement, so do encourage them to bring items related to that. (However, due to transport issues, we will not be accepting musical instruments larger than a standard guitar. Those students can use the large instruments present at school.)

Due to student complaints, we have adjusted the form to allow for more free choice. Simply select the clothes that your child prefers, and the quantity (advised quantity will be placed in brackets besides the item). Please choose one from each category, except the tops, where you will have to purchase a short sleeved and long sleeve version.
