History is filled with facts, dates, places and people. Viewed from one angle and it’s quite boring. Dust, gathered on dust with no purpose except to bore one out of their brain during school. However, viewed from another angle history is a story with places, and characters all of which having their own plot in the scheme of time.
For the people who take to the second angle, seeing and talking with these people is a dream. Getting to learn from them is even better. So naturally, working a museum , by teaching people about these facts or working the grounds is as close as they can get.
For more excitement, they may chosen to work as a live interpreter at a living history museum. Being the person or type of person that they love to study.
That brings us to the lovely hamlet of Phil. A small town somewhere on the east coast that doesn’t get hardly any attention. Why? Well, many assume it to be haunted. Course the residence would argue it’s not, but what do they know? They must be immune to it right?
Well, this city of Phil, has one of the largest living history museums ever, houses and building spanning from the colonial age all the way to WWII. Mostly due to its city’s reputation it is constantly in need of staff, and you just so happen to be one of them.
While on the grounds though you notice that the rumors seem to be true. There are ghosts, only you can only see one, and it seems more willing to talk than to haunt you…or whatever it is that makes people so afraid of ghosts. After catching up with other staff you’re finding that they are seeing different ghosts, and some see none at all.
What do they have to say? Well, it seems to be warning you about something…not for your sake though, but for its own. Question is. do you trust these ghosts enough to help them, or will you let them alone to the sands of time?
