Additional info on the game…
The Snakes and Ladders is a game that follows its basic rule wherein you throw the dice and when you get lucky, you win and move forward with the game. However, if you get unlucky, you move backwards. But, it doesn’t mean you are already out of the game. Much like in the real snakes and ladders, the game is only finished when there is one victor. And that is where the similarities lie.
In this game, I’ve set up six locations where the characters will be facing challenges set up by the Game Master. The six numbers in a dice corresponds to the six locations. And after completing the challenge, that location/number is removed, so there will be no repetition of the challenge. If you win, you get to move to another challenge. If you lose, you get thrown in the Pit where you’ll be facing a harder challenge. You must win to return to the game.
I don’t know if you can see the cards I’ve made, but those place cards are basically the locations for the challenges.
Metaphorically speaking, the snakes represents your conflict as to whether you’ll sabotage someone else to get to the prize. And the ladder is pretty much self explanatory. :D
