Welcome pilots to Squadron 7!
Squadron 7 is a fighter squadron in the Kepler Republics military. Space is a dangerous place, and it’s up to you and your fellow squad-mates help to keep the republic safe from pirates and other incursions inside republic space.
The story will follow both your exploits in combat and your life on the ship in between battles. We will focus on the actions you took in combat, and the consequences when you get back to the ship.
Backstory
About 2000 years ago FTL travel was perfected. Soon Humanity was spread out across the stars. It didn't take long for the Unified Earth Alliance to lose control of its colonies and now there are five major governments controlling the galaxy. Those government are:
**The Unified Earth Alliance**
**The Kepler Republic**
**The Kingdom of Orion**
**The Tau Ceti Empire**
**The Peoples Republic of Andromeda**
Notes:
Everyone is allowed to create their own cards for this, don’t feel compelled to use mine if nothing stands out to you.
This is not an “Elite” squadron. You can be a kid just out of flight school, or a grizzled elite.
I will try and approve characters as soon as they come in, so this is going to be on a first come first serve basis (for the most part).
Looking for 4-6 players unless someone wows me with a character then I will consider more.
If enough extra people apply I will create a clone game for the overflow people called Squadron 8 (or something) that will be in the same universe and time just somewhere else in the army.
