The City of Pangrasp is one of the largest and most cosmopolitan cities in the multiverse. It has its own pantheon of powerful beings that take the place of gods, and creatures of thousands of worlds walk the spatially-relative and recursive streets going about their daily business, which can range from the mundane to the bizarre.
You have lived In Pangrasp a long time, and you are used to the unusual. But over the past few weeks, you’ve stopped dreaming. That wouldn’t be so weird except that everyone you know is dealing with the same issue.
Dreams are regulated by a number of beings in the city, but something is wrong.
You’ve dealt with city problems before, can you figure out why nobody is dreaming? is it asimple oversight? Is it a clerical error? Is it some sort of racket by some unscrupulous dream salesmen? Perhaps it is something even worse than any of these that you know nothing of yet.
This is a supernatural mystery game taking place in a multiversal hub similar to places like Sigil in D&D in some ways. The world contains superherpowered beings, advanced technology, magicians, all manner of creatures alien, supernatural, and mundane, and everything else though the elements I will be presenting are weighed towards high fantasy for the working of the story.
There will be both mystery and action elements in this story, with action elements taking more of a priority later in the story.
