No one quite knows how vast the organization is. You’re part of a single squad, working in The City under the direction of Kincaid Dzao. He takes the jobs, deals with the clients, and passes on the intel. How you tackle the job - loud or quiet, neat or messy, by the law or smashing it - is your own damn business. The Cleaners are encouraged to use everything from guns and blades to hacking and safe-cracking to poison and blackmail. They can even work with the authorities, if no better option presents itself.
As long as the job gets done in a timely manner, everyone gets paid.
