There is a Darkness creeping across the Land. The Fox, a mysterious warrior-mage of great power, has contacted you and asked you to repay a favor that you owe him.
In your background story, please describe your first encounter with the Fox and what kind of favor he did for you.
This is an original fantasy world, set in a country based on Renaissance Italy called Remia. There are other countries in the world, and you may feel free to make up details about these places as you see fit, if you wish to be from somewhere other than Remia.
A Note about Magic: Magic is based on the four elements (Water, Air, Earth and Fire) with the addition of Light and Shadow. Light mages tend to be narrow-minded and strictly adhere to the “rules” while Shadow mages are looked on with some suspicion because death magic is associated with Shadow magic. Healing is in the purview of Light mages.
Mages are not able to use opposite magics (Air/Earth, Water/Fire, Light/Shadow) and attacks from users of opposite magic can make the opponent physically ill.
