The Dark Knights are an elite group of fighters in the online game Med-Evil Online. MEO is a virtual reality game like none other on the market, it offers players the chance to live in Medieval times and gain skills that reflect that time period.
All players start off as poor peasants and must gain skills and life experience points to become Noblemen, Knights, and someday even King, with enough points.
But one day, everything changes. A mysterious player becomes King and in doing so gains access to the game code, with a few key changes they change the game from a simulator game to a dark and deadly one. Now there is no longer a “respawn” when you die. There is no “log-off” button, and players now experience feelings like pain, hunger, and tiredness. Also, there is now a dark and terrifying tower where the King’s castle once stood.
Now instead of getting enough points, to become King, you must now beat the tower and all its levels.
Each level contains a monster straight from your worst nightmare.
In these dark times, The Dark Knights step forward from the shadows, battle-ready and willing to give it their all to save everyone from their coded prisons.
All they have to do is beat the tower of doom and not die in the process.
