In this game you will take on the role of a homeless protagonist living in Seattle. You and your companions have banded together forming a friendship born out of the need to survive. While your lives haven’t turned out the way you hoped, your existence is by no means joyless. Life on the street is certainly not blissful, but together you’ve found the support you need.
Sadly, all is not right on the streets of Seattle. There have been odd stories floating around the shelters. Tall tales of secret societies, strange magic, and fortunes to be made, have found their way to your ears. A few schizophrenics with a delusion isn’t unusual, but it seems that lately they’ve all been having the same one. Every washed up drunk, ranting lunatic and addicted tweeker have been babbling about the same thing, Seattle’s new Emperor.
Normally you and your companions would ignore this sort of nonsense, but recently things have been different. People have been disappearing from the shelters, at least, more than usual. Some of the camps on Seattle’s outskirts have been abandoned. Even the drug dealers have become increasingly wary of strangers. Be careful, you and your companions are in more danger than you know.
NOTE: When creating a character try and focus on realism. Ask yourself why your character is homeless, how they’re handling it, and what things are keeping them from getting off the streets.
