With the reemergence of magic and the ever growing prominence of high tech, it’s became harder and harder for the public police force to do their job properly.
As criminals adopted new and diverse methods, the police became stretched thiner and thiner… until those with the money to aford it turned to private security and law enforcement, leaving those who can not to fend for theirselves
Our story opens on the beleaguered members of the undermanned and underfunded Metro City Police Force as they go about their daily buisness… blissfully unaware of the heinous string of crimes that has only just began in their own back yard.

The Moonlight Suicides is a Shadowrun inspired game. While not actually taking place in the Shadowrun universe, it will blend magical/fantasy and cyberpunk settings.
Metro City is a generic metropolitan area. In the spirit of our Shadowrun insperation, it will have an American NorthWest flavor.
Creating Characters I created the character/strength/weakness cards as guidlines, so feel more than welcome to create your own.
Ultimately character write ups are more important to me than cards, and will help inform the direction the story moves. Feel free to write multiple paragraphs if needed, and writing samples are encouraged. For the most part, I will alow characters to help develop the world in this manner, but will message you if it conflicts with long term plot arcs.
