Powers… They have been around for hundreds of years. During all those years there has always been a balance between good and evil, until around 25 years ago…
Then, almost all of these powered people have chosen the path of light and right, which means that there was a surplus of heroes and no villains to balance it out. This poses several problems. All those people who chose to be a superheroes now have no real purpose. And there was also a risk that these highly trained heroes may instead harm others if they grow bored.
The government got together and began to think of a way to stop this potential threat, without causing the crime rates to increase. Finally they came to a conclusion… Artificial villains. They would manipulate people into villains, but unbeknownst to anyone, even the people who were conditioned to be those villains, they were complete under the control of the government, meaning that any crimes that they did never caused any real damage.
To get these people to turn into villains, they take impressionable powered teenagers from juvenile centres and the streets around the country. They have perfectly malleable minds, and they will never be missed.
This secret program has worked wonders… but the truth is coming out…
Greystone Boarding School for Troubled Youth is a dismal concrete building, nestled in between a few similarly dull government buildings. Some would say it seemed more like a prison than a school. No one really knows how many students are behind its walls or sees them. Everything around it is very -hush hush- but to the people work there and the students trapped inside, its the School For Evil…
