The Underworld is where “defective” children are sent, usually because they are different. This includes LGBTQ+, disabled, and just plain weird kids as well as kids that have powers. If they are found out by any adult, the adult is legally required to tell authorities, and the kid will be sent to the Doctors, who will then send the kid to The Underworld if they don’t change.
The basic plot will be a bunch of Underworld kids will meet each other and break out of the Underworld and change the world or whatever
