Bodie, California is a mountain town near the border of Nevada. The town grew from a few mining camps during a gold rush in 1876. Three years later the mines have all but dried up. Winter has begun and travel between states has slowed. Hurting the businesses of the town.
On top of the typical problems associated with a town like Bodie. Bank robbery, gambling, prostitution, opium dens and the like.
Now word comes from Nevada that people have been stricken with some kind of illness. It sounds like its quickly making its way to Bodie.
Players will witness an outbreak as it occurs. They’ll attempt to investigate and survive the illness. This game takes place in an alternate history setting. Players are welcomed to use a historical figure from this era. This is not a requirement feel free to create original characters. I allow custom cards, but they need to fit the setting.
