You are a small group of heroes, wandering the wilderness in search of adventure. In the midst of your travels, you have come across a small idyllic village called Mendacia, that nobody has heard of, and that is quite content to continue existing that way. The scenery is lovely. The people are humble, polite, and generous. And terrified. Terrified of the one thing nobody wants to talk about; the Dreamers, the deadly, seemingly unstoppable creatures that stalk the streets at night.
This is a slightly Lovecraftian adventure/mystery game in a typical medieval fantasy setting (with one difference, the only race is human). The characters are a group of adventurers, wandering the wilderness looking for trouble.
This is also a rerun of the first game I ever hosted on Storium (which was never completed).
