This is a fast paced game, with most players contributing daily. But we are welcoming, and we will make it work if you can’t post that often.

Player characters should not be resolutely evil - they need to have enough good in them to be allied to the essentially good party.
All characters should have some link to the Dr Who series, be it the development of a minor (or major!) character we have already met, or a member of a familiar species.
The Doctor him/her self only shows up rarely - this is a spin-off story.
We intend to play fast and for a long time - but you can drop in for a few scenes if you like.
Feel free to ask with any questions.
I would want any player to tell me if I need to adjust to increase their access. I think in particular of those with sight impairment and the use of art, but I include anything I have not thought of.

[The starting location mentioned below is slightly misleading… I think things probably will kick off here, but we won’t be here - or then - for very long at all!]
Nuacruz Galaxy. One of the Ten Galaxies.
Galaxy formally ruled by the Dominators, though these have been purged from this Galaxy now as a number of the planets have fought effectively against them and the effort of maintaining control was not deemed worthwhile by the Dominators.
Andertenna Planet Made hosptitable by the Gond after their home planet became uninhabitable. Kroton occupation had led to the Gond having an accellerated evolution of intelligence and an aversion to violence and oppression. However technological advances also lead to global warming and polution and their former home is now a wasteland known as Gond1. They relocated to Andertenna. They are the most populous speicies though a number of other species have also now settled here and become a full part of society.
Adventures are spread across time and space, but there are some key locations which feel like “home” to the characters:

Neonharper City - location of the famed University. This is the only significant city on the planet, although there are a few small outlying towns.
Andertenna is a naturally dusty, reddish planet which is just warm enough to support life and is in a state of almost perpetual dusk. At night the sky is navy blue, most of the day it is purple and around noon it is pink. Vents pump out breathable warmed air - engineering and barriers recirculate air at ground level for as long as possible to assist the thin natural atmosphere in retaining it. Due to the difficulty in maintaining air quality away from the centre, the price of land is at a premium.
It is 3037, and Ludwig is President in Andertenna.
It was the 82nd Century, in the Sigma system, and James wants to head back to the 31st Century, Sigma 19, to track down some old…associates…
